Function and Features

1.Prepayment, volume control: the water volume that user purchased input into the water meter, during consumption, the meter deduct the actual used volume at real time, if the purchased volume used up, the meter close the valve and stop water supply;
Multi-tariff prepayment: two sets of built-in tariffs, each set has one price in every month interval. The different month in a year may have different prices.

2.One multifunctional card: one card (SLE4442 and RF card) can realize prepayment, read and control of energy meter, water meter, and calorimeter.

3.Alarm for lower rest/overdraft: when rested volume (amount) less than the setting value for alarm, the valve of water meter will be closed, LCD give alarm indication (remind user of purchasing and charging again), then insert user card into water meter, valve opened, and LCD alarming indication disappear.

4.Alarm reminding function: the information of battery under-voltage, rest volume (amount) not enough, strong magnetic interference, valve fault, valve leakage and other faults, all of these alarming codes will be displayed on LCD; after protection of under-voltage and magnetic protection, buzzer (lighting diode) produce 6 sounds, and close the valve at same time, alarming time about 5s.

5.Detection of under-voltage: when battery voltage is too low, water meter will display U/V, and close valve.

6.Close valve in case of power failure: when the user replace battery (alkali) or open Pb seal and dismantle (Li) battery, the valve will be closed automatically and stop water supply.

7.Data frozen: water meter will keep all frozen data of 12 months, 7 days, only after data is uploaded, then it can do daily and monthly settlement, and statistic report.

8.Quick replace meter: when old meter service period is expired, it need replace new one, use a change card to read the data in old meter, then insert into the new meter, data will be transferred to new meter very quickly.

9.Data upload: when the user of IC card (SLE4442) charge the meter each time, it will upload the data to management system, let supply department know the user consumption status and meter status.

10.Self-maintenance of valve: the valve will rotate periodically, clear off water scale, ensure the valve workable.

11.Fault detection on valve: when valve is blocked because of waste or water scale, valve will rotate automatically in opposite direction, then rotate in initial direction again, to perform clearing off waste or water scale.

12.Detection of water leakage on valve: when valve is closed, water flow still more than 0.1m3.

13.Measurement of water flow at reverse direction: when water flow is in reverse direction, within 0.1m3 flow, it can detect the problem, close the valve and give alarming.

14.Real-time replace meter: use a change card to read the data in old meter, then insert into the new meter, data will be transferred to new meter very quickly.

15.Anti-hoard: the software can se to limit the maxi charging volume, to prevent user hoarding water.

16.Water drop proof: cooperated with water drop proof meter, to perform this water drop function (water drop but not measure).

17.Easy to replace battery.
